As disclosed in a statement shared on the All Progressives Congress (APC) social media platform, the lawmakers engaged in discussions with the party’s reconciliation committee and the National Working Committee (NWC).

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC conducted a meeting with the members of the Ondo State House of Assembly, responding to the assembly’s prior efforts to impeach Aiyedatiwa.

This development comes after the National Chairman of the APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, had established a nine-member reconciliation committee, led by Aminu Bello Masari, to intervene and halt the impeachment proceedings.
