Smart Adeyemi warns: Non-performing ministers will be sacked by Tinubu in six months

Senator Smart Adeyemi has issued a stern warning that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will not tolerate non-performing ministers in his administration. According to Adeyemi, President Tinubu is committed to rapidly repositioning the country and will not hesitate to remove underperforming appointees within just six months.

Tinubu, who has already assigned roles to his 48-person cabinet, is determined to focus on his Renew Hope Agenda for the nation. Adeyemi emphasized that there is no room for complacency at this crucial juncture, and anyone who fails to meet expectations will bear the consequences.

“Ministers and all Nigerians should understand that Tinubu’s track record indicates that if you don’t perform within six months, he removes you from your position. That’s his modus operandi,” Adeyemi stated.

He stressed that Tinubu is in a hurry to make a lasting impact, reposition Nigeria, and recover lost ground for the nation. Adeyemi expressed his congratulations to the newly appointed ministers but cautioned them that failure to perform would result in their removal from their positions.
