Governor Abdullahi Sule denies ordering arrest over ‘Two Months to Go’ chants

Governor Abdullahi Sule has refuted claims that he ordered the arrest of two individuals who chanted “two months to go” while he was exiting Kini Country Home in Akwanga. The accusations emerged from a Facebook post alleging that two Kini Country Home staff members had been apprehended on the governor’s orders for their vocal expression.

In response to the allegations, Governor Sule’s Personal Assistant on Media, Emmanuel Innocent Akwe, dismissed the claims, characterizing them as opposition propaganda. He stated that there was no truth to the accusations and that such reports are baseless.
