Out of excitement she took to her socials and wrote, Got the opportunity to present my first ever award at the trace awards and festival Screaming internally’ she ended.

Do recall that Ilebaye Odiniya, popularly known as Baye and the winner of Big Brother Naija All Stars, has offered insight into her unusual connection with cowries during the reality show. She shared that the cowries were a source of comfort and a tribute to her late brother.

Also during an interview on a morning show One On One, hosted by fellow reality star Christy O, Ilebaye addressed the rumors regarding her cowrie communication.

“I had something precious to me. Because obviously, you are supposed to have something precious when you’re doing something that you miss at home,” she explained. “The cowries were for my late brother. It has been with me, and even the baton. I have a baton on him too. I didn’t know where to keep it. I was just like, ‘Oh! Let me hold something strong.’”
