Davido backs Ngannou’s boxing debut, claims he won

Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed his admiration for Cameroonian former UFC champion, Francis Ngannou, following his boxing debut.

Despite losing in a contentious decision against WBC heavyweight title holder Tyson Fury during their boxing match in Saudi Arabia on Saturday night, Ngannou’s performance earned the praise of Davido.

The Cameroonian fighter knocked down Fury in the third round and consistently outperformed him throughout the bout. However, when the scorecards were read, he was denied the victory.

In response to Ngannou’s performance, Davido took to his Instagram story, sharing a picture of the former UFC star and writing, “Francis Ngannou’s stellar performance! Definitely won that!”
