The governor shared this vision during a visit to his country home in Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South local government area, by the General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, Lazarus Mouka.
Governor Otti emphasized that the world has transitioned from the industrial age to the information age, witnessing continuous technological innovations.
He stated, “The government has plans to build a technology hub, and we are in discussions with technology giants. If you have been following developments in the world, the industrial age has passed, and we are in the information age.”

The governor highlighted the impact of technology, which allows people to work, conduct meetings, and conduct business globally through virtual means. The COVID-19 pandemic has further accelerated the importance and influence of technology in our daily lives and society.
Governor Otti expressed the government’s commitment to creating a conducive business environment and the deliberate development of high-level infrastructure in Abia. He stressed that advanced infrastructure development is crucial for improving the ease of doing business, increasing job opportunities, reducing poverty, and enhancing the state’s gross domestic product.
He concluded, “That’s why we are very deliberate about rebuilding Aba, and our conviction is that if we rebuild Aba, it can generate resources to help us revitalize the entire state.”
