Mourinho targets Chelsea duo in Roma’s transfer plans

Roma’s manager, Jose Mourinho, is reportedly eyeing a move for Chelsea defenders Trevoh Chalobah and Malang Sarr in the upcoming transfer window.

Having already secured the services of Tammy Abraham from Chelsea and Chris Smalling from Manchester United, Mourinho seems keen on strengthening his squad further.

According to Calciomercato, the Portuguese manager is now focusing on acquiring Chalobah and Sarr, both of whom have found limited opportunities in the first team under Mauricio Pochettino.

Chalobah, dealing with injuries, hasn’t featured this season, while Sarr has not been part of any matchday squads. With the players potentially available for the right bids, a move to Roma in 2024 might be on the cards for the Chelsea duo.
