Larsson optimistic about Rasmus Hojlund’s future at Man United

Henrik Larsson, former Manchester United star, has acknowledged that Rasmus Hojlund needs time to acclimate to the club but expressed confidence in the Denmark international’s potential as a formidable striker for Manchester United.

Having observed Hojlund during United’s match against Copenhagen at Old Trafford, Larsson praised the player’s speed and willingness to penetrate opponents’ defensive lines.

Larsson shared his impressions, stating, “I watched him when United played against Copenhagen at Old Trafford. I liked what I saw. He is a striker with some speed. He was willing to go beyond the opponents’ back four or back three, however you want to see it. It’s early to say, but he looks interesting because, physically, there is a presence about him.”

Acknowledging the adjustment period required for Hojlund, who is new to the club, Larsson highlighted the importance of the player getting accustomed to his teammates. Despite the settling-in phase, Larsson expressed optimism about Hojlund’s potential contribution to Manchester United as a promising striker.
