Addressing the audience during the 35th convocation ceremony of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) in Lagos on Friday, Gbajabiamila announced that the revamped system aims to kick off in January 2024, providing Nigerian students with a streamlined process to secure loans for their educational pursuits.

Emphasizing the simplicity of the process, Gbajabiamila stated, “Applicants will apply online, undergo verification online, and receive credits based on the authenticity of the documents and credentials they submit.”
