Brig Gen Ahmed emphasized that the collaboration with NIMC would enhance the online registration process for NYSC mobilisation. He also highlighted the success of the NYSC Integrated System introduced in 2014, which has significantly streamlined the mobilisation process.

During the visit, NIMC Director General Coker-Odusote expressed the commission’s readiness to collaborate and commended NYSC for its mobilisation protocols and efforts in shaping corps members for leadership roles over its more than 50 years of operation.

The NIMC boss emphasized that this synergy would simplify the mobilisation process and address various issues, underscoring NIMC’s existing partnerships with several government agencies. Prospective corps members are urged to take note of this new requirement for NIN during mobilisation, marking a pivotal change in the registration procedure.
