Marquinhos, who was on loan to Ligue 1 club FC Nantes, is set to return to Arsenal as he prepares to join the Brazilian under-23 national team for the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament taking place in Venezuela.
The 20-year-old Brazilian previously made his Premier League debut during Arsenal’s 3-0 victory against Brentford. Following his initial stint with the Gunners, Marquinhos embarked on a loan journey to Championship side Norwich City in January of the previous year.
