EPL: Martin Keown Compares Chelsea Star and De Bruyne

In the aftermath of Chelsea’s pivotal 1-0 victory over Fulham, Arsenal legend Martin Keown has drawn comparisons between Chelsea’s Cole Palmer and Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne.

Keown commended Palmer’s performance, highlighting a De Bruyne-like pass that played a crucial role in securing the win. He noted the ‘helicopter vision’ displayed by both players on the pitch.

“Palmer played a De Bruyne-like pass, it’s the kind of pass we hadn’t seen in this game yet. Palmer sees these opportunities on the pitch. We talk about a helicopter vision of the game from De Bruyne, and I think Palmer has that as well,” remarked Keown.

It’s worth noting that Palmer made the switch to Chelsea from Manchester City last summer.
