President Tinubu provided this assurance on Monday during his speech at the 29th annual Nigerian Economic Summit organized by the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) held at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.

In his extensive discussion on his administration’s plans to strengthen the economy through collaboration with various stakeholders, particularly the private sector, President Tinubu highlighted the urgent need to establish a sustainable credit scheme. This scheme is intended to support an effective anti-corruption campaign.

He stated, “Starting in January 2024, the new Student Loan Programme will be launched, sending a clear message that we are putting an end to strikes for the future of our children and students.”
