Atiku made this declaration during an international press conference held at the PDP’s Secretariat in Abuja on Monday. His statement comes in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the election of President Bola Tinubu.
Contrary to speculations that Atiku might withdraw from politics following several unsuccessful presidential bids, he emphatically stated that he has no intention of fading into the background.
He asserted, “If you think I’m going to go away, forget about it. For as long as I breathe, I will continue to work for Nigerians to reach their potential.”

Atiku also accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of compromising the last election and maintained that Tinubu was not eligible to contest the poll. He contended that INEC displayed partiality while defending the election’s outcome during the proceedings at both the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
