A female student of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, simply identified as Adaeze, has reportedly been found dead in her apartment in Aluu in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the State.

However The lif**ess body of Adaeze, a 200-level undergraduate of Accounting was found on Friday in her off-campus residence in Aluu, a community near the university, while the cause of her d**th has not been ascertained as of the time of filing this report.

Mis Adaeze’s d**th came barely two weeks after the decomposing body of a 300-level undergraduate of Biochemistry, Justina Otuene, allegedly ki**ed by her ex-lover identified as Damian Okoligwe, was found in the latter’s residence along NTA Road, Ozuoba in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of the state.

Upon consulting him, The Dean of Student Affairs, UNIPORT, Chima Wokocha, reportedly confirmed that the lif**ess body of the student was found in her off-campus residence and brought to a health facility in the school by some of her neighbours.

According to Reports, Wokocha said the management of the institution and the police had visited the scene of the incident, adding that the parents of the late female undergraduate had also been notified of the incident.

“Her Remains was brought to the Chief Lulu-Brigss Health Centre by people who live around her in her lodge.

He stated “She didn’t d*e in the university hostel. She d**d in her off-campus residence in Aluu and the scene of the crime was visited by the management of the university, including my humble self.

“The police were there with us also. We acknowledge the fact that she had taken a substance and passed out because there was a bottle of a substance that was found by her side.

“The parents have come there and I think they are making arrangements to take the b*dy,” Wokocha said. Yet Another UNIPORT Female
However, when contacted, the Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe-Koko, said she would give feedback as she was busy at the time, but she has not done that at the time of filing this report.
