Useni also highlighted that one of the key objectives of the 10th Assembly’s legislative agenda is to elevate basic education in Nigeria to new heights beyond its current status.

The chairman of the committee called on its members to work together and contribute to achieving these goals by generating innovative ideas to address the challenges faced.

He concluded by saying, “Together, we will put on our thinking caps to ensure that we bring forward new ideas that will help improve the current situation.”

In response, the Leader of the Labour Party Caucus, Rt Hon Afam Victor Ogene, representing Ogbaru Federal Constituency of Anambra State, expressed confidence that the committee, under Useni’s leadership, would meet the expectations of Nigerians.
