Chelsea’s rising star: Moises Caicedo praises trustworthy and talented Cole Palmer

Moises Caicedo, Chelsea midfielder, has highlighted the trust placed in teammate Cole Palmer by Mauricio Pochettino’s side, referring to him as a “very talented player” who brings delight to the entire Blues squad.

In a surprising move, 21-year-old Palmer made a transfer from Manchester City to Chelsea on September 1 for a fee of £40 million. Since then, he has swiftly secured a spot in Pochettino’s starting XI, impressing with four goals in nine Premier League appearances this season.

Palmer’s most recent goal came in dramatic fashion as he converted a last-minute penalty, securing a 4-4 draw for Chelsea against his former club, Manchester City.

Expressing the team’s confidence in Palmer, Caicedo stated, “We trust Cole very much. He’s a very talented player and a very good penalty-taker, so we were all very confident when he stepped up.
