Governor Sani acknowledged the historical contributions of the armed forces, emphasizing that many commanders and soldiers have made the ultimate sacrifice in preserving the country’s peace since the colonial era. He emphasized the responsibility of both the government and private entities to support the families left behind by these fallen heroes.

“Our departed heroes left behind wives and children who must be taken care of by not only the government but also corporate entities and well-meaning individuals. Their acts of gallantry should be eternally remembered as they continue to confront bandits, insurgents, and other criminal elements,” Governor Sani stated.

Despite facing significant challenges, the governor highlighted the military’s accomplishments and expressed condolences for those who lost their lives in the tragic Tudun Biri bombing event.
