Shallipopi advises fellow artists: Embrace silence and emulate Wizkid’s social media etiquette

Crown Uzama, known as Shallipopi in the music industry, has offered valuable advice to his fellow artists, emphasizing the importance of emulating the social media decorum of Grammy-winning sensation Wizkid in order to maintain their stardom.

Shallipopi expressed that artists who are excessively vocal tend to diminish their value in the industry, highlighting the significance of letting their music and success do the talking, much like Wizkid.

During a recent interview with 78 Factory, the Edo-born singer also clarified that his musical style should not be categorized as afrobeats but rather as Afro-Pluto.

Shallipopi gained widespread recognition when his track ‘Elon Musk’ became a viral sensation. He further solidified his stardom by releasing a remix of the song featuring Zlatan Ibile and Fireboy DML.
