The court notices, signed by Zainab M. Garba in the office of the registrar, mention that, in accordance with Order 2 Rule 1 (2) of the Supreme Court’s Rules 1985 as amended, the notification is considered adequately delivered to all involved parties.

The list of the panel members assigned to hear the appeals includes justices Musa Dattijo Muhammad, Uwani Musa Abba Aji, Lawal Garba, Helen M. Ogunwumiju, I.N. Saulawa, Tijjani Abubakar, and Emmanuel Agim.

Additionally, the Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for Monday, October 23, to address the motion filed by Atiku, who aims to introduce fresh evidence to support his claim that President Bola Tinubu submitted a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
