The President-General of Amukpe Community in Delta State, Mr. Harrison Ekeleme, who was abducted alongside three other individuals, has managed to escape from the kidnappers’ den.

Ekeleme and the three young men were kidnapped while traveling on the Warri-Sapele Expressway by armed men a few days ago.
According to an anonymous senior police officer, a covert police operation led by SP Harrison Nwabuisi of Sapele Division closed in on the kidnappers, compelling them to release their victims and flee.
Harrison Ekeleme expressed his gratitude for his release, describing the experience as horrific and noting that the kidnappers seemed well-acquainted with the routes around Warri and neighboring villages.

He also expressed his confidence in the efforts of the security agencies.
The Chairman of Sapele Local Government Council, Hon. Eugene Inoaghan, confirmed the release of the victims, commending the police for their actions and assuring residents of ongoing efforts to combat crime in the area.
