Freedom at Last: Nabeeha’s Siblings Rescued from Kidn@ppers’ Clutches

In a welcome turn of events, the four remaining siblings of the late Nabeeha Al-Kadriyah have been successfully rescued from the clutches of their abductors.

The harrowing abduction took place in the Zuma 1 area of Bwari Area Council on January 2nd, where the sisters were taken alongside their father. While their father was released to gather the ransom, the family’s inability to meet the kidnappers’ demands within the stipulated time frame tragically resulted in the killing of Nabeeha.

Following this tragic event, the kidn@ppers escalated their ransom demand from N60 million to N100 million, threatening to take the lives of all the remaining sisters. The dire situation garnered sympathy from concerned Nigerians, prompting collective efforts to ensure the safety of the remaining siblings.

Josephine Adeh, the Police Public Relations Officer for the Federal Capital Territory Police, confirmed the siblings’ release, revealing that they were rescued by the FCT Anti-Kidn@pping squad in collaboration with Nigerian Army troops. Although there are indications that a ransom of N100 million was paid prior to their release, the successful rescue operation took place around Kajuru forest in Kaduna State on Saturday night at approximately 11:30 pm. This outcome brings a glimmer of hope and relief as the siblings regain their freedom after enduring a traumatic ordeal.
