Governor Lawal expressed these worries while offering condolences to the Emir of Maru, Alhaji Abubakar Gado Mai Gari, at his palace. During the visit to Maru town, where a recent bandit attack occurred, the governor assured the Emir and the affected community of the government’s commitment to ending banditry.
Emphasizing the need to address insecurity, Governor Lawal pledged to enhance security measures in Maru Local Government Area and other volatile regions of the state. He underscored the administration’s determination to tackle the issue of insecurity seriously.
