Nigerian transgender personality, Daniel Anthony Nsikan, popularly known as Jay Boogie, has revealed the harrowing experiences he faced after complications from a cosmetic surgery, sharing that he wished for death during this challenging period.

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Jay Boogie disclosed that the aftermath of the botched cosmetic surgery led to severe health issues, requiring daily dialysis to facilitate urine passage.

Expressing his distress, Jay Boogie explained how friends took advantage of his vulnerable state by capturing images of him in the hospital and falsely claiming that he needed public assistance for a kidney transplant. This misinformation not only exacerbated the emotional toll but also subjected him to de@th threats on social media.

Jay Boogie reflected on the online bullying he faced, stating, “I wasn’t the one that sent out my pictures on social media. It was my friends. I’m a discreet person. I don’t like flaunting things. I love living a low-key life. Because nobody cares about you. You should care about yourself.”

Amid the public scrutiny and negative comments, Jay Boogie shared the physical struggles, including swelling legs, high urine levels, and the need for daily dialysis. At the lowest point, he contemplated his decision and questioned the choices he had made.
